Experts at XMLITE remarked: Innovation in lighting fixtures does not emerge out of thin air—it stems from continuous dialogue with end-users and industry experts, along with constant iteration. In China, there is a group of hands-on experts in the field of stage lighting. They come from a non-profit grassroots organization that, for ten years, has worked without charging a fee, consistently engaging on the front lines of lighting manufacturing. They have been instrumental in helping China’s stage lighting transition from “manufacturing” to “creation,” offering practical and actionable advice to enterprises. Wherever they go, they are met with warm welcomes and heartfelt gratitude from businesses. Since 2019, XMLITE has been honored to walk alongside them. With their ongoing support, we continue to grow and move forward together. What follows is the story behind their involvement with XMLITE in the year 2025.
On the morning of November 1, a ten-member expert research group from the Professional Committee of Stage, Film and Television Lighting, China Illuminating Engineering Society (hereinafter referred to as the "Professional Committee"), visited XMLITE Lighting for an investigation and research visit. This marked the fifth visit by the research group to XMLITE Lighting. General Manager Lince and relevant colleagues warmly received the delegation of experts.

The research activity was chaired by Wang Jingchi, Director of the Professional Committee. He first expressed gratitude to XMLITE Lighting for its consistent support of the Professional Committee's work and introduced the purpose of this research visit as well as the composition of the expert group. Wang Jingchi pointed out that this year marks the tenth anniversary of the Professional Committee's research initiatives. Over the past decade, the Committee has cumulatively produced 83 research reports, continuously contributing to the industry. He revealed that the Professional Committee plans to host the 6th China Stage, Film and Television Lighting Forum next year and sincerely invited industry colleagues to actively participate. This visit marks the fifth time the Professional Committee has visited XMLITE Lighting and is the final stop of this year's research activities in Guangdong. The research group hopes to take this opportunity to gain a more comprehensive and in-depth understanding of the company's current development status and core strengths.

Lince, General Manager of XMLITE Lighting, warmly welcomed the arrival of the expert group and expressed gratitude for the long-term attention and support from the Professional Committee to the company. He reviewed the company's 15-year development journey since its establishment in 2010, emphasizing that XMLITE has always been customer demand-oriented, steadily expanding its development space in the fierce market competition. Facing the current complex external environment, on the basis of expanding production area in 2024, XMLITE Lighting added a 2,000-square-meter recycled old lighting fixtures maintenance workshop in 2025, further strengthening its service capabilities.

Lince highlighted the company's differentiated advantages and innovative practices, introducing several core products such as the W10 waterproof profile light, WP430 rainproof beam light, and LWP180 waterproof PAR light. He stated that XMLITE Lighting has years of deep cultivation in the fields of profile lights and beam lights, with its main products balancing performance and practicality to flexibly adapt to various application scenarios. Addressing the industry pain point of low utilization rates for stage lighting equipment, XMLITE innovatively launched the "Di Deng" WeChat mini-program platform in the Chinese market. This platform integrates resources from multiple vendors and members, utilizing a warehouse location map to achieve "finding nearby equipment," effectively reducing transportation costs. Liang Chengxiang emphasized that the company does not blindly pursue technological iteration but instead focuses innovation around genuine user needs and scenario-specific pain points. He expressed the hope that through in-depth communication with the experts, they could gain professional suggestions to continuously optimize products and services, thereby contributing to the advancement of the industry.
