They come from a non-profit civil organization and, for ten years, have volunteered without compensation, consistently engaging on the front lines of lighting manufacturing. They have helped advance China’s stage lighting industry from "manufacturing" to "creation," providing enterprises with practical and actionable advice. Wherever they go, they are warmly welcomed and sincerely appreciated by businesses. Since 2019, XMLITE has had the privilege of walking alongside them, continuously growing and moving forward with their ongoing support. What follows is the behind-the-scenes story of their collaboration with XMLITE in 2025.

On the afternoon of April 12, 2024, the direct supply cooperation signing ceremony between Guangzhou XMLITE Stage Lighting Equipment Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "XMLITE") and ams OSRAM (China) Lighting Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "ams OSRAM") was grandly held at the Guangzhou Huaju Junyue Hotel. The event was attended by Mr. Lince Liang (General Manager of XMLITE), Ms. He Jiaoyi (Director of the Entertainment and Industrial Lighting Business Unit, ams OSRAM China), along with industry experts, distinguished guests, and media representatives, totaling over 80 attendees.
