On the evening of February 8, 2026, XMLITE's annual gala, themed "Chasing the Light for Fifteen Years, Creating a New Journey of Success," successfully concluded. More than 160 people, including all employees and their families, gathered together to reminisce about the past fifteen years of hard work and discuss future development plans. The atmosphere was warm and harmonious, showcasing the cohesion and unity of the "XMLITE family."
At the beginning of the annual meeting, Mr. Lince, the general manager of XMLITE, delivered a speech. He first expressed sincere gratitude and New Year wishes to all the employees who have worked together and to their families who have supported them silently. Then, he led the entire audience to look back on the company's 15-year journey of "following the light": starting from the initial aspiration of entering the stage lighting industry in 2010, to now becoming a high-tech enterprise integrating research and development, production, sales and service; from the first lamp being produced, to the expansion of the factory area to 14,000 cubic meters and the staff size reaching 140 people, with products exported to over 70 countries around the world; from single lamp sales to establishing a second-hand lamp recycling business and launching the "Drip Stage Lighting Lamp Sharing Platform", successfully transforming into a "stage lighting lamp asset operator". Every step of this leap forward was inseparable from the efforts and sweat of all the XMLITE employees.
When reviewing the developmental achievements of 2025, General Manager Liang noted that this year was a milestone year for XMLITE to defy the odds and rise against the trend. On the technology R&D front, the R&D team tackled challenges head-on, continuously optimized core products such as LED cutting lights and beam lights, and subjected each lighting fixture to 8 hours of inverted aging tests and rigorous quality inspections throughout the entire process, winning customer trust with the principle that "quality reigns supreme." In terms of market expansion, although overall revenue slightly declined compared to 2024 due to external factors, the domestic market achieved growth. The recovery of second-hand lighting fixtures exceeded 4,200 units, which were exported to over a dozen countries overseas, steadily advancing toward the goal of becoming "the largest exporter of second-hand stage lighting fixtures in China." Digital transformation also yielded significant results—the "Dilight Platform" has gathered more than 300 partner merchants and over 3,200 members, assisting more than 200 customers in completing old-light replacements and laying the foundation for performance companies to seize opportunities amid industry transformation.
Meanwhile, Mr. Lince shared his personal experience of obtaining a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree, conveying the philosophy of "lifelong learning." He emphasized that against the backdrop of the AI era and rapid industry transformation, the company will fully commit to building a learning platform, encouraging all employees to embrace AI technology and integrate it into workflows. This continuous learning approach aims to enhance competitiveness and inject sustained momentum into the enterprise's development. Additionally, in the face of industry downturn and fierce competition, the General Manager highlighted that XMLITE remains steadfast in its responsibility to ensure timely and full payment of employee salaries. This stability relies on the company’s sound operations and the collective efforts of its staff. He called on all employees to adopt a meticulous attitude in crafting every lighting fixture and delivering every service, thereby solidifying the foundation for the company’s growth.
In the concluding remarks, Mr. Lince outlined the core objective of "Create to Win" for 2026: first, to deepen technological innovation by increasing R&D investment, optimizing the smart lighting product matrix, and consolidating technological advantages; second, to broaden strategic planning by expanding the scale of second-hand lighting fixture recovery, improving the services of the "Dilight Platform," and implementing the full industrial chain model of "sales + leasing + recovery + sharing"; third, to strengthen team cohesion by advancing the all-staff learning program, upholding the commitment to "people-oriented" principles, enhancing customer satisfaction through high-quality products and services, and achieving mutual growth for both the company and individuals.
Subsequently, the annual meeting proceeded to the outstanding employee awards ceremony. The host announced the list of outstanding employees, and the company’s management presented awards to the recipients in recognition of their exceptional contributions in various roles such as R&D, production, sales, and service. Award representatives took the stage to share their experiences, conveying a positive message of dedication and hard work. Following the awards ceremony, General Manager Liang led the management team on stage to initiate the toast ceremony. He delivered a toast and invited all attendees to raise their glasses together, officially marking the commencement of the evening banquet.
During the banquet, the self-choreographed and self-performed programs by the employees, along with the interspersed interactive mini-games, further intensified the on-site atmosphere. In the most anticipated lottery draw segment, third prize, second prize, and first prize were successively awarded, with the winning employees taking the stage to receive their prizes and take commemorative photos. Finally, the distribution of joy prizes filled everyone’s faces with happiness and luck.
