With so many waterproof light beams on the market, why did Xiangming still choose to make a rainproof light beam?
1. Positioning itself as a rainproof beam, focusing on the mobile performance market. Mobile use and fixed installation require different product characteristics. By abandoning the scenario of the light fixture being submerged in water and focusing solely on a rainproof structure, the cost is significantly reduced.
2. Lightweight design: Mobile performances require frequent disassembly and reassembly, necessitating cost savings in transportation and labor. Fixed installations, on the other hand, are one-time installations for long-term use. Therefore, lighting fixtures for mobile performances must be lightweight and allow for quick assembly and disassembly.
3. Noise level is adjustable. Mobile performances are sometimes indoors and sometimes outdoors. Noise is particularly important when used for indoor conferences and events, while fixed lighting fixtures are used outdoors for a long time and do not have high noise requirements.
4. Full power: Compared to non-waterproof beam lights, the heat dissipation system of waterproof beam lights is very difficult to handle. Therefore, many products on the market use 300W light sources with false power ratings and name their products 380, 450, etc. Because heat dissipation is difficult for lights with protection ratings, Xiangming initially positioned itself to make a full power 420W rainproof light. False power ratings cannot be done.
5. Easy to maintain: Lighting fixtures for mobile performances are used very frequently, inevitably requiring customers to disassemble and maintain them. Therefore, we resolutely avoid using silicone sealant for waterproofing and instead employ a glue-free process, allowing customers to easily disassemble and maintain the lights themselves. When all these features are combined, Xiangming's WP430 rainproof beam light achieves differentiation, precisely targeting a specific customer group – mobile performance promoters – addressing their pain points, and eliminating personalized needs outside this segment, thus significantly reducing costs.
