During the event, the two products brought by XMLITE—the C10-1000W LED profile moving head light and the WP430 waterproof beam light—won unanimous praise from the organizers and attendees for their outstanding performance and stability, adding brilliance and color to the occasion.
Looking back at the preparation for this collaboration, we received the lighting sponsorship invitation from HC International Inc in mid-November. Initially, we did have some hesitation—taking on such a high-standard, large-scale industry event naturally came with immense pressure. From a brand promotion perspective, it was both an opportunity and a challenge: on one hand, it allowed us to showcase XMLITE's product strength up close to more industry experts, rental companies, engineering contractors, and peers; on the other hand, any minor mishap could be magnified within the industry, potentially affecting the brand's image. Additionally, as a lighting fixture manufacturer, we lacked supporting resources such as lighting trusses, power distribution cabinets, and cables. Coupled with the tight setup time at the hotel venue, which required overnight work, the overall investment cost was relatively high.
During discussions, General Manager Ge of HC International Inc offered words that greatly boosted our confidence: "XMLITE Lighting sponsoring the HC International Inc Brand Summit is excellent for corporate image promotion." Since the organizer placed such trust in us, we were determined to go all out and live up to their expectations. Within the limited preparation period of just over ten days, we responded swiftly, dedicating ourselves to scheme design and execution coordination.
Under the strict time constraints imposed by the hotel for setup, the XMLITE team worked under pressure, racing against the clock, and finally completed the handover by 10 AM on the 26th. As the banquet drew to a close, seeing the lighting equipment operating stably and the effects perfectly presented, the weight was finally lifted from our hearts.
After the event, the organizer sent their thanks: "The HC International Inc Brand Summit has concluded successfully. We sincerely thank all our equipment partner suppliers! The seamless cooperation among audio, lighting, and large screens made this event a success. We appreciate the trust and support!" This event also demonstrated that the WP430, as a waterproof beam light, is capable of meeting the demands of high-end indoor conferences.
It is worth mentioning that XMLITE has previously provided lighting support for several important industry events. On May 7, 2021, for the Guangdong Entertainment Equipment Industry Association's "Unity in Action, Sharing and Win-Win—2021 GETshow Welcome Dinner" held at the Guangzhou Chimelong International Exhibition Center, and on October 15 of the same year for the re-election conference of the China Association of Performing Arts Equipment Technology Guangzhou Office, XMLITE provided full-stage lighting services, accumulating rich practical experience and industry reputation.
