In 2018, CLAYPAKY launched AXCOR PROFILE 900, which uses LED modules with a luminous flux of 24,000lm; followed by the subsequent 1000W LED profile lighting, the luminous flux rose to 35,000lm; and in 2024, it exceeded 50,000lm; the optical density of LED chips continues to increase, making LED The luminous flux of profile lighting has gone from being close to that of traditional light sources to completely surpassing it.
The two lamp products of ROBE and CLAYPAKY have been removed from the official website.
Do not buy profile lightings with lamp sources unless they are very cheap; be careful when buying second-hand LED profile lightings. The brightness logic of LED light sources and light lamps are two different things. For traditional light source lights, if you change the lamp, the brightness will be close to that of new lights shipped from the factory at that time; Although LED profile lightings have slow light decay, the brightness of second-hand lights from a few years ago is completely different from the brightness of new lights with the same power today. The iteration of LEDs is much faster than that of traditional light sources. Although as a manufacturer, you don't want to see it, the fact is after all, the product iteration speed of this industry will become faster and faster in the future.
